Overall we had a lovely stay, the only issue we had was 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed our car was broken into. I let them know, and I was quite shocked that they still charged for parking when what was stolen was more than what they charged for parking. Seriously if you plan on staying here, make sure EVERYTHING of ANY importance is out and just leave your doors unlocked. That's what we were told after the fact. With how much we paid and because we reported it and we're right under a camera, we thought they'd give some sort of credit, but nope have to eat getting stolen from and pay almost $1,000. For 3 days.

I am leaving a review because my emails and concerns to Customer Service and Corporate have gone ignored. I tried to give them the opportunity to correct this issue privately. This hotel is in a prime location and the staff are very nice, which I'm sure is the only reason this hotel is running. Our room was absolutely disgusting and honestly an OSHA concern. My mother and I stayed for one night after traveling cross-country. We went to bed as soon as we got into our room late that night. When we woke up we were horrified. The toilet (which we had not used yet) had something smeared all of over it as if someone took a rag and smeared it in circles, there was a thick, brown substance in our shower on the wall that appeared to be feces, there was some sort of dried, translucent liquid on the side table beside the bed which I'm hoping was saliva and not another type of bodily fluid, and the wood at the bottom of the bathroom doorframe was rotting and appeared to have black mold growing. There was more wrong with our room, but these issues to me are unacceptable. After all of that it's hard to expect the sheets were even clean. I have requested from multiple Hilton employees I be reimbursed for that one night and I've been ignored, lied to, and insulted - the Customer Service Representative tried to haggle with me my refund. I do not recommend staying here as I would not pay a dime to sleep in such disgusting conditions.

We stayed in room 2801. Wow what an amazing view. The room is in need of some maintenance. The door has to be pushed or pulled quite firmly to lock, which I feel is a security issue. The air con is very loud and rattles so we had to switch off at night and the toilet intake pipe has a small leak. The comfortable bed, pillows, friendly welcoming staff and the amazing views made up for these small issues. We will advise front reception of these upon check out. Nice walk to pike Place and the waterfront.

I would give this hotel a 2 star review though to one exception, I gave it 3 stars. The place is okay but has a glaring flaw. The bathroom door offers no privacy to the rest of the room. It's a sliding door with a large enough crack that you could make eye contact with the guests on the other side. On the plus side, the staff is exceptionally friendly. They were very nice to interact with. Additionally, one of our neighbors in the hotel must have been really loving the place. During our stay, their screams of excitement could be heard through the walls. They must have really been loving the place because they were clapping really enthusiastically. A round of applause for this hotel!

Really wanted to like this location but the $50 parking is excessive. Beyond that there is no coffee offering and the coffee and fridge in my room were broken. Front desk said it would be later in the day vs offering coffee from lounge/bar. There are also clothes in the drawer from a previous guest which is both odd and a little disturbing I recommend Marriott for service and reliability.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
