Terrible hotel with a bad atmosphere and indifferent service, the room overlooked the market and the music played loudly all night, that is, it was impossible to sleep. The beds were like wooden boards, the door to the balcony was leaky, and the room was full of insects. also the water in the bathroom, all the taps are broken and it is not possible to adjust the cold and hot water was impossible to regulate. This is not a 3-star hotel, but rather something similar to a one star hostel. unfortunately I accidentally remove photos photos.

Stay away from this hotel! Definitely It doesn’t worth the money! The receptionist is the rudest person that we ever met. As soon as we arrive we were waiting to finish with the rest of the customers and then she looked at us and she said: What?. Really she can destroy your holidays. She didn't give us clean towels the last day because is the check out day!! The rooms are dirty. The rooms with pool view have a big gap and all the mosquitos can come inside. Don’t book the bungalows, they are dirty, the windows doesn’t open but still the rooms are full of mosquitos and you have shower on the floor.

Great location, a 1 minute walk to Slinky’s beach club and very central to other food places and shops. Rooms were clean. Some common facilities are lacking in upkeep and maintenance but well worth it otherwise. Staff also greeted us at the pier and brought our bags to the hotel which was great.

I have been there the last two nights. The room was ok. When i checked in there was one lady at the reception she was't really friendly. Everybody can have a bad day no problem but when I checked out she was really rude. When I gave back the key she called someone I think to check the room and she said there were 2 blue towel (for the pool) missing. I told her I don't use the pool and the towel and I had the whole day a boat trip. I was alone why i should take 2 big towel I even don't have space anymore in my luggage. She just looked really upset gave me my money and didn't say anything more. I understand if people just steal the things but she was already from beginning really unfriendly.

Location was great but very noisy and loud. Bed was hard like rock. At the reception, there’s one lady, she was the rudest person I’ve ever met, not a single smile, not welcoming at all. She gave us a room that wasn’t what we initially booked and she refused to admit it until we showed her the booking confirmation but still, she didn’t do anything to change the room. We were excited for Koh Phi Phi but because of her bad attitude, we were mad for the rest of the day. I really do not recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
