The staff was SO friendly!! This place is absolutely adorable! They have bikes you can take into town and provide a tasty breakfast in the morning. These bungalows are so cute and the farm is beautiful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is a wonderful place to stay in a calm area of Hoi An within pure nature connected to the city. The owner created a beautiful eco garden with plants like salads, vegetables and much more. We enjoyed the stay in the cosy bungalows made from wood and a pool. Everything is tastefully arranged. A duck family seemed to enjoy the place like we did it :) All together this place creates an origin atmosphere and cannot be compared with standard apartments or bungalows. It is much more. We used the offered bikes for free to go to the city which was a 10-15 min ride through the streets of Hoi An. The owner was very helpful and is open minded and very creative to build up this great concept. The whole family was unique friendly and warm hearted and part of the concept. They helped us in all wishes and questions and sent us something we forgot what I really appreciate. We were absolutely relaxed there and want to come back as soon as possible!! Kind regards from Stuttgart/Germany

This place exceeded my expectations on every level. The staff were so thoughtful and caring. The little bungalow was extremely cosy with a unique and practical layout. The homemade breakfast was amazing with fresh vegetables from their own graden! In all honesty I didn’t want to leave, I had high expectation for this place and it did not disappoint. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a unique experience that will make you feel right at home! 10/10 in my books and I can’t wait to come back again!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in one of the most stunning and unaffected areas of Hoi An. The owners have set up a very impressive operation, from facilities to bungalows, extending to the smiling, friendly service and lovely natural feel of Coco Farm in general. Close enough to town but far enough to feel like you're in a countryside retreat. We'll be back!

It’s a beautiful and peaceful place. Great for families and couples. It’s located by the Coco River in Hoian. A short distance to the charming Hoian downtown as well as Cua Đại Beach. The staff are very friendly with a nice family atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a place close to everything and yet a bit removed located by the river ... feels close to nature and away from busy streets... What more can I say ? I liked it !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
