In terms of value for money this is 6*. The rooms are basic but okay; we had a basic, rear facing room. The rooms looking onto the beach looked better. The location has several plusses. Close to the airport makes it a great airport hotel. It's a small airport with few flights so the planes didn't disturb us. The beach to the front of the hotel is quite pretty and has good views out to sea. Trips will pick up from the hotel and there is a decent enough hotel restaurant (with a strange, English style menu!). There are also a few local restaurant stalls nearby. The pool is fantastic. Narrow but 30m long and clean. You do not normally get a pool this good in this price range. This is not a fancy hotel, but it's perfectly okay, and for the price, it's fabulous.

A very comfortable stay with a beautiful view of the cean. Clean rooms with good Aircon and bathroom facilities. Everyday turndown service gave us a feel of walking into the room for the first time as in during check-in. Bedding was comfortable with crisp clean sheets and pillow options. Bathroom was partially open and gave us the tropical feel. Pool was very clean and never crowded. Plenty of sun loungers all along the villa grounds facing the ocean. Sunset was beautiful. Onsite restaurant provides breakfast and dinner at extra cost (payable directly to the restaurant) and the outdoor dining area had awesome view in the evenings. Special mention goes to Mr. Vassa who is gem of a man and there to ensure stay is comfortable.

Pros- Good location by the airport and water, although the planes can be quite loud at night. Pool and the breakfast are nice, as is Vassa, the host. Cons- the suites are quite rundown and our shower and toilet wouldn’t drain properly, and there was a small hole in our ceiling which allowed bugs in. On that, there is a swamp next door which meant lots of mosquitoes at night. More on the budget and less on the luxury side suffice to say.

Think twice before you stay here ! I was wondering why and it’s too ridiculous that I need to pay 5 stars fees for 1 star room stay? The room is indeed mismatch & misleading from the online presentation. The gate can’t be lock completely I feel insecure & unsafe to stay there. The staff can simply check in & see inside of the room condition ?! I thought it’s a private zone for the customer once they pay for the stay? It’s really feel uneasy to the customer! And beware if you ask for refund from the host, the host will leave a bad review back to you! Think twice before you stay here!

I had a great experience with the coconut beach villa langkawi boss Vassa incredibly helpful, the location was perfect 5 minit from airport , beach view . The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect . Lovely hotel with a wonderful beach side bar restaurant. Very friendly staff , food amazing . Would definitely stay there again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
