The hotel was a little strange to be honest - the hotel checkin is actually in the middle of a bar. It felt a bit like a backpackers when you enter. That being said our room was good and clean and we loved having a washing machine for use. Breakfasts were very good - well worth the charge.

Genuinely this hotel was superb. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and this hotel was genuinely environmentally friendly. They don’t just pretend to be friendly to the environment they are. It’s in small things like giving a carafe of water for your room, rather than bottled water. I had the breakfast and I thought it was well worth it. Also I had the soup of the day which was one of the best soups I’ve ever had. It was carrot and ginger, but I’m sure they are all very nice. Also, I hide a boat from the hotel and the bikes were very good standard. Hotel has a locker service for €3, this is really helpful if you have a flight later in the evening. Thank you for a great service

It’s a beautiful designed hotel, the bed was comfortable. The location is very good, close to a metro station. It’s supposed to be a hotel, but I felt more like in a hostel. If you want to have your room cleaned you need to request it online, which we did but they didn’t come. For me it has nothing to do with “keen to be green” if you don’t offer room cleaning every day, it seems more they want to save on employees. The reception is a bar counter at the same time. There’s no telephone in the room, so every time you need something you need to go down. For 190€/night I expect more service, otherwise I would stay in an Airbnb. Overall was it too overpriced.

My wife and I stayed at the Cocoon in Munich Sendlinger Tor and Salzburg. At both locations, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Monika. The rooms were clean, and had a really nice feel to them. They are a bit smaller than what we find stateside but the layout was super efficient and we didn’t feel like it was an issue at all. The breakfast spread was incredible and the endless seltzer water was a huge plus as we would pop in and out throughout the day. I definitely recommend this hotel

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing it lacked was a free breakfast, but the breakfast that was offered as an option was hearty and plentiful for the $16 Euros. We also enjoyed the Pinsa Bar and coffee a few times during our stay. It's location near the U-bahn and within walking distance of the train station and city center made it ideal. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
