Amazing hotel. The staff is super friendly. You can rent bicycles for free to get to the city or beach in 10-15min. The location is perfect and really quiet. Also the rooms are incredible with view on the beautiful garden and pool. It's also possible to rent a scooter if you want to get somewhere further away. The breakfast is delicious and you have cold drinking water the whole time.

Positive: very quiet place in a quiet area in the middle of the local village. Not that many visitors which makes place very quiet. Nice and friendly staff (special compliments for the service guy there). Big rooms with all needed facilities. Bicycles are available onsite. Local small shops and bars are just beside the hotel. Negative: a bit far from the downtown. So you may need a bike to go around. Rooms a bit outdated and some common areas need a bit of a cleaning.

The Best place to have Relaxed holiday ! And still for the cheap price we get wonderful breakfast every day with different menu. Pool is fantastic, snack and tea/coffee in the room, toiletries, Hotel provides free bike, and transport to the airport. Little issue with communicate in English, location is relaxing, nobody disturbed, but cannot direct straight to the beach from the hotel road (even thought we see it in google maps) but still very close to the beach and to go to old town by motorbike is not far.

A little paradise on earth! We absolutely loved staying in this quiet place. The rooms are clean and big (we stayed in the room with king size bed = the biggest bed we've seen in our lives). The pool area is very lovely, and even though the number of sunchairs were limited (eight in total) the area was never full. The pool temperature was pefectly cold, so that it actually cooled you down after laying in the sun. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. All in all we'd come back anytime!

Beautifully decorated little hotel with awesome swimming pool and good breakfast. The staff is very nice and attentive. Only drawback is the location which is a little remote (they rent bikes for free) but the place is very calm. Incredible value for your money. We will be coming back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
