My group of 3 Guests stayed here for a 5-night trip in early June. Overall this hotel is very good and worth the money but to be more clear I’ll detail it as below Pros: The big room comes with windows comfortable for group travelers with big luggage, a Usable stove, and other kitchen utensils that make every take-home meal easier, separate toilet and bathroom with a standard bath, Smart TV, Proper size bed, eating table, Good quality amenity kit, stable and fast wifi signal Cons: Only 1 laundry machine and dryer(2in1 machine) for the whole unit...when I want to use it error so bye-bye laundry🥲, this hotel is only run by a system that is helpful, good, and quite fast for checking in and checking out but in terms of services during the staying period is not satisfied somehow as the service doesn’t immediately come when you need (also, it’s a little bit upset to have advice via chat and solve the problem by yourself although you paid for a hotel at this price range)

Very pleased! If I return to Akasaka, I would stay here again! The location is walking distance to three train lines. There are many excellent restaurant options as well. There was minimal noise heard from the third floor room even though the nightlife on the local streets is vibrant. The rooms have been very well designed. Clean and thoughtful. We booked the larger, 32 sq meter room and it was a great size for 2 adults and one child. The beds and linens were very comfortable.

Really enjoyed this hotel in a great neighborhood in Akasaka. We got the room with one double bed on the 3rd floor. The utilization of space was very impressive. You have a bed, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchenette, dining table, and couch. The finishes are all very modern and clean. Plus, the yakiniku place across the street smells fantastic. I would easily recommend it and will stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Highly recommended accommodation. Check in and out had great communication.The room was fantastic - comfortable and warm. You could see the night life below but the room was quiet. Plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies around the precinct and subway with 3 minute walk. The Barragan below was fantastic. We'll be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
