The hotel room was spacious and the staff were friendly. There was a little bit of dust, but considering the price, it was a reasonable price so I didn't mind.

Room was huge (family deluxe) and affordable. Not that clean bc the tabled are oily (didn't know what they used to clean the tables) Bathroom was pretty big with hot water available. The dark tiles made it quite creepy lol. Beds were clean & comfy. Aircon was the worst bc they used an old aircon and it was noisy. Staffs were friendly & did help a lot when i asked about what's around

The door is weird because it was designed for 2 metres people. if you just care about culinary, this hotel is near many stalls & nice restaurant. This hoteld has stategic location (near culinary& several hospital), but the room & bed sheet was NOT clean. the interior is very old classic with big wood furnitures. i didnt have interest to take a picture of many bad things. i only take picture of all good things. the breakfast was good and has many varian. the omellete was very good. the stafs are responsif. huge deposit too for the minibar, the most pricey deposit i ever have until now. even the expensive hotel never ask for that big deposit. not good for staycation, even the price was IDR 450 and no hotel facilities such as pool or gym, just room. Theres no toilet at the lobby too. The door has 1 manual lock only. The 0lus os the room has spacious space

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
