I stayed at this hotel for a few days as a stopover and was welcomed and treated with absolute service excellence. The rooms are much more spacious in reality than shown in the photos. I felt at home and can clearly recommend it to everyone because of the location. It is the overall package that sets this hotel apart. For anyone traveling alone or with family, I recommend taking a look at the available rooms. You can book blindly in this regard, it really is a safe haven. For the lively city of Istanbul, this is the option that gives you peace and quiet again.

We recently enjoyed a splendid 6-night stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. The staff were fantastic, accommodating our requests with a smile. The exceptional location added ( 5mins walk to galata tower or istiklal st and 2mins to Metro) to our overall experience. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast as they could serve more varieties. We would definitely recommend this place.

The hidden gem at Pera, Istanbul. I am going to stay here every time i visit Istanbul. Hotel rooms are comfy, cozy, and well furnished. At very lively area. What else could u ask for? Metro station is 1 minute away on foot, Istiklal st is 2 minutes away, pharmacy, grocery shop, barber shop, and plenty of restaurants and cafes, all around you. Staff are great, polite, always smiling, helpful and very friendly, they will give touristic tips, advice, they will recommend fine restaurants, they will even assist with local affordable transportation. I love Istanbul even more because of this hotel.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered a distressing situation that compelled me to share my dissatisfaction. Regrettably, some of my personal belongings were stolen, casting a shadow over what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. Despite promptly reporting the incident to the hotel principal, the response was disappointingly apathetic. The lack of empathy and assistance from the hotel principal was disheartening. It was evident that security measures were lacking, contributing to an environment where theft could occur without hindrance. The sense of violation and the inconvenience caused by the loss of my belongings overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay. I strongly caution prospective guests against choosing this hotel, as the incident not only marred my experience but also highlighted a concerning disregard for guest safety and well-being. It is my sincere hope that the hotel principal addresses these issues promptly to prevent others from enduring similar distressing incidents in the future.

Although the building is an old one, it is well renovated, and the room was spacious and well furnished and equipped... Staff were helpful, and the location is in the center and near to many touristic locations and transportation... My only comment is on the breakfast, which was very poor, and 80% is of dry, ready-made food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
