Stayed January / February! Staff were lovely, bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Really close to the beach and everything we needed. Had a nice stay. We chose the cheapest option and therefore was woken up every morning at 4/5am from the roosters and birds, not sure if that would be better in the other rooms a bit more sound proofing. Loved the cats around the area they were lovely. TV didn't work (had the wrong plug to the socket) and the water took a very long time to drain out of the bathroom / wet room so floor would be covered in water for ages. Bathroom generally just needed a bit of loving.

YOU WILL NEED EARPLUGS. It was a lot of noise, dogs, birds, chickens and very loud prayers over the loudspeaker during the day. Every morning I was woken up because of that (but we need to respect their colture). Toilet door have a lot of space around. Shower is so so. On the main beach there are jellyfish so we could not swim… Otherwise great loaction, you can rent a scooter there, helpful stuff, spacius room, clean.

Love the environment of the resort. It is so peaceful and quiet. It has everything we need. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The room is so comfortable and spacious. There are many delicious restaurants available just within walking distance. Amazing experience!

It was a nice room to stay for 2 nights. It can be considered near since it’s in Chenang area. Suitable for those who want to stay near Chenang but don’t want to go through the hustle bustle of people there. You can walk to Chenang beach but I’m not exactly sure how many minutes will it take. There’s a small fridge, towels, a small bottle of bath foam and shampoo provided. Better bring your own since it’s not enough for us 3-person. Sejadah is not provided for Muslim. The room and toilet was clean too. It’s quite spacious. You can also stay together with family since it have connected room as well. The place also provided several activities for you to enjoy. You can get several pamphlets from the receptionist for more details.

I have stayed at a number of Langkawi hotels over the years, since the 1990s, from the costly Datai, Westin @Kuah, Andaman, Sheraton and Pelangi to the low cost Senari. SeHijau sits on the low end of the cost range but it sits high for location, presentation and functionality. Its a very short walk to the Cenang strip yet you feel as if you are in a local kampung. Actually you are! Its just that the popular Cenang strip is now encroaching on the beach side village. Back in our room it is quiet and serene. It served us well for a respite from our golf outings at Datai and the energetic hive that is Cenang.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
