I was very impressed with the short stay I had at the College Inn. I was in Seattle for an unfortunate cancer surgery for my brother at UW hospital and the College Inn was very close to the hospital, was very communicative through Expedia (who I booked through) and was a super cute place. They had a shared bathroom option but also rooms with bathroom/shower which I chose. The check in was super easy, the room was clean, and had a fun college vibe of course because of the area. They had a loft with a kitchen, sitting area, coffee, which was very nice. I felt safe and even though parking is not great in the Seattle area, they had a parking option which was great so I didn’t have to worry about finding a spot. I highly recommend.

Nice accommodations in a historic hotel, and the location next to beautiful UW can’t be beat! The room and bathroom were clean, the staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet, the area is highly walkable, and the lounge had complimentary coffee and tea. They also have designated parking spaces a few minutes walk away if needed. The rooms were recently renovated and feel fresh!

This was just what I was expecting. Historical vibe, close to campus, very walkable. We had a room with a private bath. Clean, nice. Appropriate for the price. I'd stay here again. It can get noisy even with the windows closed, but I expect that being close to campus. We're there in February, and the heater worked just fine.

I loved this place! I stayed 2 nights here with my friend, and it was awesome. The room was clean, pleasant and spacious. It was located near the UW, so it was safe (We could see bunch of students even in 8~9 p.m), and also not far from downtown. It took about 30min to get to the downtown by link light rail, and the station was only 10 min away from the hotel by walk. What I liked the most was the loft, where I could use a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. There were bunch of tables and chairs so we could to-go some food and eat there too. The loft was cozy and comfortable, so I really loved this place. The price was so reasonable for all of these services and location. This place is like a gem, I would love to stay here again when I visit Seattle.

This hotel was a hidden gem! We stayed here after completing a cruise and went to a UW football game. The location was easy walking distance from the campus and a great restaurant/pub district. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even checking us into a room early because of our early arrival from the cruise ship. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
