My daughter and I stayed a week at Collingham Serviced Apartments while looking at universities for her in the UK, and we had a fantastic experience there. It's located right between Earl's Court and Gloucester tube stations, in a quiet area of Kensington. The apartment was beautiful and immaculately clean, and the manager and front desk staff were helpful and polite. Everything was comfortable, from the temperature to the bed. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed during our week and, bonus, the non-stick pans were non-stick enough for me to cook eggs on without any oil. The washer/dryer was helpful for a week-long stay. This was a great central London location, and we will definitely stay there again on future trips to London.

Our family of 3 recently stayed for 5 nights at Collingwood serviced apartments. The apartment was great and really good to have a washer/dryer. Really centrally located, close to Earls Court tube station and lots of restaurants and food places and a supermarket. Definitely recommend this place!

Bad experience and I will not recommend for anybody. No privacy while you can hear steps nearby and while your neighbors talking.Lower ground with no Mobil signal and they force you to pay for upgrades while lower ground room even Not exceed minimum specifications for rental room. If book through booking they will not assist you.

This place is the real deal! Absolute real deal. The receptionist Stella was so really lovely. This apartment is located in a very clean, communal and secure area. The apartment itself is super super clean, even the door handles and light switches were spotless. The apartment was so comfortable, quiet and warm, I had breath taking experience. Everything was just perfect. The next day we had cleaners come up and clean the whole apartment. I am so pleased with the services we received, including the eclairs in the reception 😌. I would definitely be staying there again and I will highly recommend this breathtaking apartment. However, if you have a car, there are no cheap parking around, you’re looking at £40 - £50 for 24 hours and it’s still a little walk from the apartment. So next time I’ll come prepared with my parking excess 😉.

Spaciousness- we stayed in 3 bedder and we enjoyed the space provided. It also came with a balcony. We have 4 adults, 1 teen and 2 children. Cleanliness- the equipment was fairly clean and the daily room cleaning was basic. However the floor is very squeaky and felt like something was broken. Comfort- Beds were not great and comfort barely pass. The teen had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living and bed was terrible. He had a bad ache sleeping in that. Originally charge £30/night but was waived when we feedback. Reasonable enough. Cost- very subjective but we paid £700 per night. For the comments above, i felt abit overpriced. However, there are very few alternatives Location- not super central and require a short taxi or metro ride to most places.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
