Absolutely fantastic location! It's right in the heart of Colombo, and in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Colombo. The owner is super friendly, and the villa is managed by a kind person too. From what I heard, it sounds like their breakfast is great value too, with fresh fruit, which is getting increasingly difficult to come by these days.

Colombo villa is a great place! I was very happy to start my trip with this place where I was able to relax after my long flight. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. The garden and the indoor swimming pool are very nice. The neighborhood is also super cute, quiet with a lot of food and coffee options. The staff is so welcoming, helpful and kind (big thank you to Dennis) I can just highly recommend this place!

The villa is in a great location, close to national museum and other sites. With their free bikes you can get to the main spots (incl sea side) within 10-15 minutes. The house itself is charming, really authentic feel, very clean and welcoming. The pool is a bit small but nice enough to take a dip and cool off. Also very clean and right amount of chlorine. Even though there is staff walking around they make themselves almost invisible so you really feel like you have a lot of privacy. We finished our 2 week trip here, so it was perfect for final relaxing before our flight back. Arranged a driver to the airport in the middle of the night for only 2800 rupees (plus tolls). Also recommend for beginning because the manager/owner really can give great trips. He’s clearly very experienced in the hospitality sector and all staff are working with the same service-driven mentality. Very friendly and welcoming. Really nothing but positivity and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
