Location, location, location!!! The rooms in this hotel are a little bit dated, hence 4 stars instead of 5, but the location and wonderful staff more than compensate. We barely saw the reception staff, it was so easy to get in and out of the hotel, it was always just a quick greeting on the way in and out. We did however interact with the staff at breakfast each morning, as we lingered on the beautiful rooftop terrace, admiring the gorgeous views of Roma. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming, they were extremely efficient and responsive. This hotel is perfectly located for most of the main attractions, Pantheon, Trevi, Spanish Steps etc. We also walked to the Colosseum, Forum and Vatican City, some might find this a stretch but all are within 45 minutes.

Overall a good hotel. It’s across from Parliament so there’s a big police presence all the time. It’s a good location that’s a reasonable walk to all the major tourist spots, with the furtherest being 25 minutes to the Vatican and Coliseum. Nice breakfast on an upstairs patio overlooking the city. The only negatives were the wifi was terrible and the elevators made me think I’d get stuck every time I ride them. Would recommend.l however.

This was our second visit to Colonna Palace. We brought 7 friends with us. Everyone was very pleased with their stay. In the evening we used the rooftop terrace for cocktails. It provided a beautiful city view and comfortable seating. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast on the rooftop also. Many items to choose from and delicious croissants too! Staff was there to provide coffee and tea. Our room was very clean, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Rome.

To stay in the heart of things is always the objective of a hotel on vacation. That said, Colonna Palace Hotel was in the thick of things but also quiet when you want to sleep. It's close to Trevi Fountain and The Pantheon. But there is a lot of traffic to those sites in the evenings. I think even the Italians go here after their "dinner at 8", as Sinatra used to sing about. We found ourselves going past those two many times on our treks to find sites and antique shops etc. The room were comfortable with the old style windows that you can lean out of and people watch. The bathrooms have a toilet and a bidet, sink and decent shower. But no shower curtain, but instead a half width glass barrier which makes it difficult to climb out of when drying The breakfast was hot eggs and all the Italian meats and cheese fruits yogurt, but to make it even better on a roof top terrace with a Jacuzzi as well. It was nice to see the Monument to Victor Emanuel Victorio II from above, and many of the taller sites and clay clad roofs. Also nice view at night from there as well. They have a bar on the first level and a few sitting salons and tables rooms. This is a good choice to stay at for location, friendly staff and fit and finish at a reasonable rate. You can get more amenities, but this was just right and really all you need. Recommend this as a choice for those reasons.

Been again. Previously visited in 2005. Beautiful location great staff especially Giorgia. Room decent size but a bit dated. Needs some maintenance. Internet not very stable either.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
