I airbnb here just for one night on the weekend. Since I'm staying at the upper unit, I would have to walk up the stairs. It's not meant for those with mobility issues. The room is decently sized with a double bed, wardrobe, small kitchen (not for cooking), wall mounted TV, washing machine, and a bathroom. There's also a balcony, but the flooring is cemented, not tiles. The location is perfect since it's opposite a shopping mall with a monorail 🚉 station. However, the unit that I stayed in does not come with a free car park. There's an outdoor car park that only charges RM5 per entry. Otherwise, you will pay by the hour of your park at the basement. The condo comes with amazing facilities- rooftop , infinity pool, sauna, gym, and even a cafe. However, this property is meant for airbnb investment and not for own stay. You will find it extremely inconvenient to see strangers moving in and out, bombarding the pool area. Good for short stay.

I recently had a pleasant stay at The Colony By Infinitum and overall, it was a positive experience. The dual key concept worked well for my needs, and my Airbnb accommodation was comfortable. However, I do have one notable concern that I feel needs addressing - the lobby consistently had an unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. Aside from that, the complex itself is lovely, boasting a fantastic swimming pool and an excellent fitness center. I thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of these amenities during my stay. Additionally, the location is convenient, with a nearby shopping center offering easy access to the subway (monorail), making transportation a breeze. While the lobby issue was a slight drawback, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience I had at The Colony By Infinitum. With its appealing facilities and convenient location, it remains a great choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay.

A terrifying experience with one of the block A lift. I took the lift down one morning from 20 something floor and mid way the lift fell 4 floors. Gravity pushed me down to the floor and I was sat on the floor after it stabilized. We were stuck for a bit and pressing the bell, didn’t seem to get much response. Not too much longer, thankfully, the lift door opened and we got out quickly. I stayed at Block A for awhile now and noticed that the lifts in block A tend to break down a lot. Not sure what’s the reasons of it, could be cheap ones that were being used. Every time when it got fixed, in a short period of time, one of the lifts will be down. Management please get someone to look into the lifts and make sure the safety of the residence staying here before someone might get seriously hurt.

Great location and views but besides that it's a dump. The dual appartment from one main door is a real inconvenience as the other occupants actions directly impact you. One day a kid crying/yelling non stop, another day they leave the light turned on and go out, there is no way of turning off the light or blocking it. So had to use eye mask to sleep. The lifts are disgusting and does not seem like much progress is being made. The corridors are being worked on but the way the work is set up is unprofessional. Rubbish everywhere. The units themselves are of good quality but that probably depends on the owner.

Staying here is like being on a survival TV show. No water for 3 days, and nobody knows when it'll be back. No notice, no apology, and no refund. Plus, you get the bonus smell of sewage – Elevators? Oh, they're on a break – most of the time. Hope you don't get stuck. Get ready for a daily workout on the stairs! Now, let's talk about our management team. They're experts at not caring. They have an "Not my problem" attitude. It's never their fault, but we still need to pay. And the rooftop? Sure, it looks great in photos for Instagram. But it's not so fun when you remember the toilets don't flush. The management? They're too busy ignoring you to help. So, come for a visit if you like old-fashioned adventures with no water and a 'super helpful' management team. It's a unique experience you won't forget! My advice is skip this place and find a condo where you can shower.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
