The service is great, the staff are very courteous. The rooms are clean. But at night, the room i was in was completely lit by the street light, and it was very hard to sleep. Plus the noise, you can hear absolutely everything.

Rooms were so dirty I was scared to take my shoes off let alone sleep in the bed. Service was rude at best. Walls paper thin, you can hear every word neighbours are saying. Wifi did not work enough to refresh one website. Breakfast was paid for yet reception insisted it was not (it was, checking the receipt).

I booked a 4 night stay last minute on the day of my arrival. I asked if it was possible to get a refund if i decided not to stay all 4 days. I was told yes. I stayed one night and decided to move to a nicer, more centrally located Airbnb that offered more amenities. I asked again if I could get a refund, they said yes, but only for 2 nights since I was 30 minutes past check out for the day. (even though the maids were still cleaning rooms) I’ve stopped by the desk, called and emailed multiple times. I was told, “yes, you will receive a refund for 2 nights, no problem” at least 5 or 6 times when I could get through to someone. Finally 3 weeks later, the manager sends me an email that says I do not get a refund but that I get a voucher for 2 nights only. That is $183/€170 a night that they just decided to keep after 3 weeks of telling me otherwise.

Awful service. If I could I would give 0 stars. The elevator broke down. We asked help on the reception to take 3 heavy bags 4 floors downstairs. Not only the receptionist is the only one in the hotel and couldn’t help us but they also do not speak absolutely anything in English. Where is the customer service? Non existent. Also, if you need good bathrooms stay away from this one. Toilet flushing system is broken and needs to be hit from time to time to stop the water flowing. The space where you shower is not entirely closed. So, floor gets very wet all the time you shower. I do not recommend this hotel.

This was my first time at this hotel. It's colorful. The room was warm. The water was hot and the water pressure was good. I stayed 4 nights and cleaning of my room got less and less as the days when on. After the 1st night when I hadn't even been there for 24 hrs they did a full cleaning. The next day they took the trash and gave new towels but didn't clean. The next day they just gave new towels w/out taking the old ones. The last day they didn't come at all. The walls weren't soundproof. While the staff was nice, none of them ever wore their masks when dealing with guests. It was fine for this trip but I wouldn't return.
