Worst experience, very old hotel. It was a hassle to check in. No information at the hotel location that the checkin is to be done at different hotel and then we self checkin. Had to wait outside hotel for 2 hours until the neighbor came and told us the process that we have to checkin at another hotel close by, We had to go through the reviews to find out the name of the other hotel. They should mention this in bold letters. Rather the staff was arguing and showing me in mail where he had mentioned one small line in imp. Info, if you click on it it will show. Never going back.

Good value for money! Excellent location and very pleasant stay The room assigned to us was very comfortable and there is also a kitchenette in the room, we could also see the colosseum from our window Thanks for everything

The door frames were falling apart. Entering and exiting the place was a little complicated. The check in-out is at a different location. Fridge had old food in it.

Bad experience, 1 star I attribute only to the reception staff who seemed sorry and ready to help, otherwise I would have given 0 stars. COLD water in the entire bathroom on December 27th in the middle of winter.. It was reported to the reception, we were invited to take a shower in another structure 500 meters away on the first day, We were also told that the owner questioned our ability to turn on the hot water button, we are 20 years old, not 2, thanks.. owner very absent in the hotel, we didn't even receive apologies or anything.. The second day a plumber was supposed to come and confirm that there was hot water (assuming he came to check) which in reality was only there for the first 2 seconds that it was turned on and completely frozen for the remaining time.. in the afternoon we were invited to take a shower in another structure 500 meters away, For a total of 3km in three days, all in the evening which created a strong disturbance for us both due to the cold and the service not provided by the structure.. On the last day we were forced to heat water on the stove so we could finish washing our hair. If in 2022 (almost 2023) we are still at this level... WIFI Non-existent Wi-Fi, not even gigabytes were available in our Colosseum studio suites.. Location and cleanliness good, but the rest inconceivable..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
