Location is good, close to the train station but the room is just ok, no outlet to charge your phones, had to move the side table and unplug the lamp; no place to hang your towel in the bathroom for shower.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Our room has bathroom included and it's also nice and wide than I expected. We arrived at Roma earlier before the original check in time. After checking the room availabliliy, the host let us store our luggages before the check in time. Really appreciate their kindness and friendly service. Will definitely stay here again if visit Roma again.

Exactly as advertised. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was perfectly clean. Our host was always available and friendly. A short walk from train station and accessable to all attractions by foot. We loved the bakery right out our door.

We are currently staying in this accommodation. We were really positively surprised upon entering. A very detailed explanation through text and photos of entering front door and using keys, at an otherwise non-contact greeting. The whole apartment is super clean, incredibly neat and there was a bottle of water waiting for us as a gift. In the shower of our own apartment (D) we found bottles of Dove shampoo. Kitchen is for common use and for its use everything is there (toaster, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer). The location of the apartment is perfect with a supermarket and two delicious patisserie stores right next door. Sightseeing within walking distance. Absolutely excellent value for money for this beautiful accommodation in the centre of Rome. Highly recommended for everyone!

Colosseum Luxury Guest House is a very nice and cozy place to stay in Rome. It is very close to Termini and Colosseum - like a short 8min walk. The room was spacious with its own bathroom. Perfect place for as well short and long stay. Me and my wife were very satisfied! Recommend strongly!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
