There was trash underneath my bed and the bathroom coudn'tbe locked- The walls were very thin - I heard every noice from the traffic outside and also everyone who passed my room. It was also very cold in the room. In gerneral very noicy area - right across the train station which is a little bit sketchy for people travelling alone.

Would advise you to look for another place. The hotel needs renovation. Cement floor in the hall. Bathroom is seriously out of date. We stayed on a hot night and but sleeping with the windows open on the second floor was not an option because of the busy street down below the window. The hotel doesn't have private parking. The man at the desk told us just to put it on the side of the street and not to pay for the parking 'cause he thought we would not get checked. He had no idea where we could leave the car otherwise. We put the car in the parking of the Hamburg central station next to the police station, which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. To our surprise, our car got broken into and all our stuff in the car got stolen. However, there is a nice Irish pub 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was not super clean but the beds slept okay. All and all not a good experience for us.

Wifi wasn't the best in my room (went in and out on phone), no fridge, window not clean, helpful-ish staff, small problem with door and show, you can only make calls to the front desk, No breakfast, clean room-wouldve liked brighter lights and a small kitchen. The bathroom was small and a little bit dirty. It's cool that there is a sink in the room. Small tv and nice front desk people nevertheless. Ok location Good for the money. Probably won't stay here again but again, you get what you pay for, especially for this type of room in the middle of Frankfurt!

The rooms are cheap and the hotel is right opposite of main station. We had four single rooms, all of them towards a busy street, so not very calm. One of the rooms was not cleaned after the last guest had left and we got the keys handed over. Since the place was almost fully booked the replacement room was a double room under the roof with no toilet and shower, but a (locked) door for service access to the elevator. The room was clean though.

A nice hotel for short stays directly across from the main train station in Frankfurt. Not many amenities, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Working elevator, nice view of the station depending on the room and speedy check in / check out process. Would stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
