For me the most beautiful structure in Matera ...... Immersed in the rocks, very clean rooms, there is Mrs. Antonella who is of stellar friendliness and education. We will definitely return, without a doubt. The structure is located at a strategic point to reach everything in a very short time.

Rather very good compared to the different structures made during our stay. We stayed one night in September. Price around 150 euros. - Structure: very nice room++. With jacuzzi in the living room. Perfect Italian-style bathroom, with a small glass porthole that overlooks the cellar. Friendly. Mezzanine bed and rather wide and well-made staircase. Above all, very nice roof terrace++. Actually no kitchen but everything is in the ad. Welcome prosceco, very classy. - cleanliness: very good - location: very good. Right in the heart of matera and the sassi. Very surprising and exotic - service: a friendly receptionist. No breakfast actually. Overall, excellent experience. I highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
