Was a good space for a family of 5. Not far from the hustle and bustle of Pest. It was VERY noisy though. (Not the apartments fault). Bin lorry's emptying wheelie bins of glass all down the street at 5:30 in the morning, every morning. Woke our kids up! Then noisy cars and people kept them up late. We stayed end of July, so was very hot, but couldn't sleep with the windows open as it was so loud! Was told air con was free but then had to pay for the remote. TV didn't work, the toilet was broke, and the fridge stank of old sausages!! Also, the Gym that was promised in the booking was closed, all the time. And the angry man who sat at reception spoke no English and did not help at all!! This would be a great place for a stag do (there were many staying here whilst we were here), but not good for a family holiday. We wouldn't book here again

Just returned from a four night stay. Couldn't fault it. Aptly named, the apartment was extremely comfortable with everything I needed (i read someone complaining that there was no washing powder - really???). It's smack in the center yet very quiet. The characterful building built round a courtyard. Staff friendly, helpful and kind. Good wifi, comfortable bed, kettle toaster microwave and dishwasher (even saw some dishwasher tablets). Sooo much better than a hotel room. No hesitation in recommending B building floor 4 apartment 7!

Best experience ever. Clean, spacious & stylish rooms with balcony and all the housewares and appliances that you might need during your stay and with an affordable price. The place is near the city center and all other tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

An amazing place to stay and be at,we have been in 3 rooms all of them were great. Just like the pictures but every room is unique and beautiful. great people that are there 24/7 if you need them, you have everything in the kitchen and the location is so great it's close to the deák Ferenc tér metro station and it is im the center. Thank you great people we will be sure to come back x.

Extremely badly organized. There is nobody at the office ever, and the "emergency" phone rings inside the office. I highly recommended that you'll skip this place. "Few minutes" means an hour, at least. Absolutely worst place Ive ever been.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
