I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring a warm welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend it to fellow travellers.

It was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. 4 nights $880 for a studio room. The first room, the A/C, didn't work, spoke to reception about getting someone to look it or maybe moving rooms. They moved us into another room, which was a little better, until the A/C kept turning off.......... In the bathroom there used to be something and also a door. See photos. So much dirt and dust came out of the A/C we don't think it had been turned on for ages. The air vent in the bathroom was so dusty. Great location though.

The worst management I had ever dealt with. Providing a safe environment is the most important service any accommodating service provider should ensure, but the management just completely ignored the fact and said we shouldn’t expect safety with a 3-star hotel. Having people knocking at the middle of the night is not considered safe to anyone visiting the city. Instead of providing a resolution, the management just told us we should be responsible for our own safety. Absolutely 0 star if I can choose. Anyone considering staying here short or long term should never do it. I hope my message gets to more people so others should never experienced what happened to us.

I stayed at the apartment hotel CityEdge in Melbourne CBD for a week and I was very impressed by the facilities and service. The room was spacious and clean, with a washing machine and a small and functional kitchen. It was perfect for my business trip, as I could work comfortably and prepare my own meals. The location was also great, as it was in the center of Melbourne, close to many attractions and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable for the quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Melbourne.
