I have stayed at this establishment twice, the first time way back in 1995 and the second 2018. Little seems to have changed in the rooms between those times, although maybe a few touch ups. ROOMS The rooms are comfortable, but a little dated. It would be good if they invested in a bit of a refresh (although maybe this has happened in the interim), but they are clean and comfortable with quite a bit of space. I've had 4 people in one room and we managed perfectly well. BREAKFAST This establishment has the best breakfast room I've ever been in. Great view, wonderful food and helpful staff up there. We were very well looked after. CHECK IN The desk attendant was very attentive and helpful. We were quickly checked in and shown to our room. LOCATION You cannot get more convenient than this hotel, you wander through a couple of alleys and you are standing in front of Trajans Column. I would very much recommend this hotel.

We stayed last Christmas 2023 and the service, staff and the accommodation is superb. Whenever you go there, always look for Peter. He is normally assigned in the morning shift. He can make your stay in Rome more pleasant. He can even help you make a reservation in an original excellent Italian Restaurant.

A good hotel with the great money/value rate. Perfect location - close to many attractions, nearby the small convince stores, cafés and restaurants, and at the same time far away from the crowds and noise. The room was small for my American taste, but it's pretty typical for the downtowns of European cities. Anyway, you need just a place to sleep, all other time is better to enjoy the city. The big plus - the breakfast. We enjoyed not only the food, but also the lovely view. The shower in our room had some leak (sometimes it happenes with the showers everywhere, so we wasn't bothered too much). We asked the front desk for the extra towels, and they were provided immediately. Overall the team is friendly and welcoming, helping us to have the great experience.

Value at this hotel is severely lacking. While in Rome we stayed here and at the Waldorf Astoria. Unbelievably if you check prices there are many nights where the Waldorf is the same price, or CHEAPER! This Hotel Bolivar is charging 4 star rates for a two star experience. Negatives- No coffee makers in room. No hot water in room. Breakfast is lacking any type of variety from day to day and offers very poor selection. Tiny disposable plastic cups in room and for breakfast. Reception is extremely unwelcomeing from taller older gentleman. Rooms are quite small, even by European standards. AC not cooling room sufficiently. Refrigerator in room leaks so bad water all over floor. Shower seals to wall broken and leak all over floor. Positives- Location is superb. Housekeeping and breakfast attendants are a joy to interact with. View from breakfast is quite nice. Would not return and do yourself a favor and check prices for other hotels, especially the Waldorf which is absolutely amazing and actually cheaper some nights. And to be fair also more expensive some nights.

2.5 star hotel at most. Some rooms like the one I got are extremely small, not enough to open a carry on luggage. Shower space is even smaller. It has thin walls so expect some noise at night. Fruits/veggies at breakfast are not fresh! Positives are its location and staff friendliness.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
