Excellent location near the main train station. Excellent access to the city via train or bus. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel staff is anxious to support you in every way during your stay. Minutes walk from major shopping and restaurants. Just a few minutes walk from the famous toji Temple. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Kyoto.

With decent sized rooms for Japan, this hotel makes for a pleasant stay in Kyoto at an affordable price. Rooms include a TV, fridge, safe, kettle, tea, Japanese and USB A ports, and an air purifier. It's comfortable, but I found the single pillow way too thin. The WiFi throughout the day was good, maintaining decent speed for most usage during my stay. As a bonus, they have happy hour basic snacks and drinks like tea and coffee in the afternoon, and the drinks continue into the evening along with a coin operated machine for wine. Not enough to specifically be at the hotel for, but if you happen to be there then you may as well. The hotel has 3 coin operated washing machines but from the afternoon to night they are perpetually in use, so you may be better off taking your laundry to a nearby laundromat. It's located just south of Kyoto station, not too far but walkable if you enjoy that or otherwise it's one station away. It's not a very busy or exciting area of town, but you are close to Toji temple, and there are some restaurants as well as a supermarket and convenience stores around. Public transport is reasonably convenient from the hotel as well.

I really don’t understand overall valuations. Location is very bad, far away from everything. No bar or restaurant at night close or coffee shop at the morning. Just a train station (no jr) to connect with Kyoto station. Nothing else. Room basic, no dirty but no clean even. I don’t recommend it.

clean, comfortable and value for money. Complimentary breakfast provided. It is also right next to Toji train station and close to convenience stores! It is also accessible by buses and there are a couple of bus stops within walking distance to the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and did their best to help me with my queries :) The places to eat around the hotel are quite limited. There weren’t many food options around the hotel for dinner.

Was at this hotel last week.Great place to stay if in Kyoto,very clean facility, helpful professional courteous staff.Decent healthy breakfast, coffee and tea all day long, wine for a nominal fee.i had breakfast included in my booking,but I guess now it's separately charged. Perfect location to stay and do day trips to Osaka,Nara, Hiroshima and Kobe. Highly recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
