Rooms are not big. Toilet, shower are in the same bathroom. TV screen is quite modern and has a casting device. Hotel info on TV is available in English. A lot of USB charging ports. Good breakfast is included as a default. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel entrance. It was quite convenient stay for a very reasonable rate.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and were very satisfied. The staff were very nice, the breakfast was great and the room was a good size. Only the location is not quite so ideal. The nearest underground station is about 10-15 minutes away on foot, so we also walked directly to Kyoto Central Station (about 20 to 25 minutes).

We stayed for 4 nights in Kyoto and the hotel was as described a comfort hotel. We checked in with the help of the receptionist through a screen, it was a first for ys so we needed help but the staff was really helpful. The breakfast was absolutely filling and of good quality food everywhere was clean and overall the hotel was really close to public transport and a few conbini. The only thing I had trouble with was communication I wish I had studied Japanese a bit more because English is not that famous I guess. For example the bathroom lights can obviously close but I couldn't communicate properly with the receptionist and I understood that the lights are permanently open because the switch had a small red light and I didn't wanna press the wrong button so I asked how to close the lights and they told me that I couldn't. Well that wasn't a big problem but it could have prevented some wasted energy. The staff really helped us with finding the bus stops and everything though. Just my personal advice learn a few more phrases in Japanese and Google translate is indeed really helpful.

Overall good enough stay. But not very accommodating in regards to pillows. We were 4 people and the room had 3 beds so only 3 pillows. We called to request a fourth pilllow for the fourth person, they first said they were "out of stock", which is rather concerning to hear considering its a hotel business then they said "children don't get pillows," wait what? Then we had to complain to expedia before they reluctantly delivered a pillow for the fourth person. Recommend adding other types of eggs to your breakfast menu, such as boiled and omelet.

It's very clean and good value for a family of four. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very nice. Coffee and cold drinks available at lobby. Check in and check out are very simple.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
