It was much more than I imagined. Things were organized and accessible. Things I loved was a complimentary breakfast in a book room setting, an area to do laundry on the 2nd floor lobby, friendly staff, pretty much anything needed was available. The station is right next door, and there is a 24 hour family mart right next door as well. Then all in all the price is budget friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Room was nice and clean and the same thing was for all others premises of the hotel. The service was outstanding. All the staff at the recepción where amazingly courteous and polite, special mentions to Oka whom showed to be extremely kind and helpful person. The complementary breakfast was very good and the ladies working there where always making sure food was replenished and keeping things clean. I will recommend this hotel to any one willing to be in a stay relatively close to many of Tokyo's attractions. A metro station and a convince are right at the bottom of this hotel building. Very good hotel.

The rooms are pretty good and the staff are very nice. One point is that the breakfast wasn't very inclusive (especially for Muslims and Jews), as there weren't many options and most foods had pork in them. There wasn't even any nutritional information shown and I had to ask at the front desk to confirm.

Hotel rooms are cozy, appropriate for resting and sleeping, though a bit small especially if there are lots of luggage and shopping. Bathroom is also tight. In addition to wifi, a lan cable is also available in the rooms. The quality of the free breakfast buffet is highly commendable, considering the low cost of stay. A well thought out and balanced menu, and delicous as well. The hotel is adjacent to the nearest train station which links to a few different train lines, making it very accessible. On the downside, it takes quite some time to travel to most tourist spots at the city center, approximately 20 to 40 minutes. There is a family mart on the ground level. Right around the corner, there is a grocery and and a drug/cosmetic shop, about 3 minutes walk. Overall, highly recommended.

The location cannot be beat. The hotel is right above a subway station with access to two lines, and also a convenience store. There are many budget food options, including a chirashi place and a cooked food place. The neighborhood appeared to me to be a working class neighborhood, but I like that kind of area. The AC worked well, the fridge was super cold (I was able to make slushies) and the service was friendly. As is common in budget hotels, there were (well-working) laundry machines.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
