        I had two stays at the Comfort Inn, No issues the first time, but on the second trip which was only for one night when I filled the kettle with water, black mould started floating in the water. I called reception and they brought me a new kettle to swap. The same thing happened with the new kettle though not as bad as the first. I called reception again and was told that they had no more kettles. I asked if she could bring me some cleaning supplies (there were none in the room) so I could clean it. Reception said they couldn't do this and nothing could be done until the housekeeper came tomorrow, by which time I would already be checked out. I discussed this with the manager when I went to check out and was told there were a bunch of new kettles that had been delivered because of this issue and that they had been having trouble with the receptionist. I was given an apology but nothing else. After a long couple of days of travelling, all I wanted was a cup of tea at night and cup of coffee in the money. I understand that mistakes happen, things get missed in cleaning and this is a budget motel, but for $180/ night I would expect that they could have made a better effort to make it right or at least have found some dishwashing liquid and paper towel. I have never left a negative review anywhere before, but not having a kettle is something that means I would never go back.

        This is a 2-star hotel, so don't be misled. Overpriced. Small, rather warm pool, but it was very clean. Restaurant was closed ( off-season) Nowhere to dry swimwear and towels in the room or communally. (You can't tumble dry swimwear every day) Power points in very inconvenient places. They've added a bed where a kitchen bench used to be, so we had to use the ironing board as a space to keep snacks and make a cup of tea. Ridiculous. No shelf space or drawers for clothes. Small space for hanging clothes.

        Rooms are little outdated However clean rooms, Toiletries provided Towels and rest of room amenities were good. We didn't like interiors as it was too confining for us. If you seeking ventilated and with view then this is not the one. It was worth the price though Staff is friendly Laundry is old style dryer and washer as well.

        Not the best, not the worst I have stayed in, the rooms are a little dated but clean. The shower head in 201 definitely needs to be changed lol. Over all its clean, good service with a fantastic Chinese restaurant on site. The food and service there is fantastic.

        Average and old room. Sandra, who was supposed to be emergency caretakers, was so rude when we called her. If you dont like to receive calls, then dont hang your number there. Better give all the information before you hand the keys. She was so rude.
