        The location of the hotel was brilliant, a couple of minutes walk from the tube station and really easy to find. The staff were helpful and friendly and check in was really easy. It was a bit of a maze to find our room but we found it okay with directions from the receptionist. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were really comfortable, the only problem we had was the room smelt slightly damp. Breakfast was a basic continental but still nice enough. I would stay here again, it was quite good value for money

        Our room was beautiful, our shower / bathroom was fab. Really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Air con was easy to use. Breakfast was ample and all the staff friendly and polite. Will definitely stop again

        Very average hotel. Good thing is rooms are modern and up to date, bathrooms are clean and fairly modern, BUT in the morning there's often no hot water, completely unacceptable for 100/night. The window in my room had the handle ripped off and could not be opened. Noise insulation is bad, you can almost hear the other guy sneeze in the next room, and all noise from the hallway is easily heard. Breakfast is just bad, no hot options available outside of toast. You're better of getting a pastry from the supermarket honestly, as croissants are lumpy and hard, yoghurt is not even chilled. Staff is helpful and friendly.

        This place has location going for it but that's about it. To be fair, the area is full of small hotels converted from Victorian houses. Rooms are small, Furnishings are worn and tired, bathrooms need a good scrub, walls need painting and the whole breakfast experience is pretty sad - get there early or miss out. Aircon didn't work but thankfully we didn't need it. The bed was at least was comfortable and the sheets clean. I'm sure there are better places out there maybe just not as close to king's Cross.

        The rooms look nice. And the bed is good. That's about all the positive. We had two rooms. Other one was really hot and stuffy. Other one did have AC, but it was very noisy. TV didn't work in the other room. We were told it's because of the building site across the street messes with the signal. Breakfast room is small and uncomfortably warm. Can't recommend.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
