Watch your head, you will hit this thing, it have been installed by someone either a super short or they never use a shower, look at the attached photo. Otherwise, the staff are amazing people, the breakfast is average. During the two weeks stay, I had no problems with the room other than hitting my head on this thing. It surprise me no one else officially filed a complain, yet.

I like this hotel. I keep coming back every time I'm on London. I find the location to be great, and the area is safe and quiet enough but it's still close to shopping, dining, and the 401. I love parking directly outside of my room, and I love the jacuzzi baths. Rooms have their own AC control which is perfect. Beds are very firm which I like but I know others wouldn't. I'm docking 1 star for two reasons - firstly, the door locks at 11 pm. I don't like having a time limit to have to get back to my room, especially as a night owl. Secondly, and more importantly, I've stayed here twice now and both rooms were clean enough to not be disgusting, but both needed a deep cleaning. Especially the bathrooms - lighting fixtures full of dirt and dead bugs. Tub jacuzzi jets all brown and dirty/mouldy looking. Two different stays, two different rooms, both times I found long black hairs in the bathroom.

Location is fantastic, and I understand the building is dated but it's time for a major renovation. Went into my room after dinner and found a cockroach in the bathroom, then later found another on the ceiling (killed the first one). I was pretty desperate for accommodations and not to shuffle rooms at 11pm. All in all, Im pretty grossed out and will not be returning

This is our favourite motel in London. We live about 3 hours away and visit this place at least once a year. The reason for our visits are because of my mother's health. She has to have annual checkups. Due to her health, she isn't okay to drive there and back in a day. This motel is extremely clean, wonderful and friendly staff, easy access to rooms, TV and internet, they have continental breakfast, and they even offer hospital-related-stay rates. We couldn't ask for a better motel. Thank you for always making our visits much less stressful.

Our first room had a bug problem. After alerting the staff we were moved to a room with no ac and mould. The room got so hot that for some nights we had to seek other accommodations. We were told by the manager that we would receive a refund for two days and the tax’s we paid due to this situation however it has now been over two months with no refund. Any attempt to contact the hotel hasn’t been successful and the customer support line for comfort inn told me that it’s coming and tried to sell me on another vacation package when I called over a month ago.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
