Just like any other hotel, cleanliness is not the best. But the location is great. There are 2 coffee shops across the street. Plenty of eateries and liquor stores nearby. The noise from traffic might keep you from having a good night sleep.

This is an older updated motel style Comfort Inn with giant TV, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Closed to airport and cruise terminal. Clean rooms, friendly staff and surprisingly quiet. Lots of hot water, a great shower and water that is drinkable from the tap. Also a hair dryer with a low setting that works! Lots of charging stations. Bed was comfy and warm with plenty of pillows.

Great location near harbor and airport. It's an older motel but our room was very clean and updated nicely with comfy king mattress. A/C unit was a bit clunky sounding throughout the night but wasn't a big deal. Solid spot for a one night stay or longer if you wanted.

Had 2 rooms for 2 nights, each at opposite ends of the building. This place is nothing more than an old motel. They charge a fee for parking in this small, potholes lot that had very little room to maneuver. It looks nothing like the pictures on Comfort Inn's website and I'm surprised they allow this to be part of the franchise. Both rooms had newer floors and updated showers. Doors didn't shut tight, paint was peeling, nail pops in the ceiling. Rooms were not cleaned very well which you could tell once the shower steamed thing up. They don't do housekeeping, yet when we asked at the desk for a refresh on towels, it was like it was a chore for them. Then, they were out of washcloths and hand towels. Initially, in one of our rooms that slept 4, they had towel service for 2 and the desk said they had no more. I was looking for the ice machine and inadvertently went into the closet they call a kitchen for their breakfast prep and it was filthy - no way me or any of my family were eating anything from there. When I did find the ice machine it was in the laundry room, in which I saw no less than 3 dead roaches. My bad for not reading reviews before hand, but I thought the Comfort Inn brand would be a little better than this. This place needs demolished, burnt down, whatever, but doesn't deserve to be a hotel.

This hotel is old. Rooms have been updated, and showers are new. Parking is limited, and breakfast is just okay. My issue is there are very few electrical outlets, my room had two power strips for the t.v. microwave, two lamps, the power outlet for the desk. I made the mistake of plugging in the iron and blew the power. It was 7:00 and I was told it would be after 8 am before someone would be there to fix it. The manager had gone home for the night and would not come back to fix it. Dragged the refrigerator across the room to plug it into the half of the room that still had power. Had to take a shower in the dark, used my phone to shave, and get ready. Then on the last day, the entire neighborhood lost power at 5am, I came back at 6 pm and power was still out. I packed and left. Through it all, not one word from the manager about the inconvenience I experienced. Nothing, no compensation, no sorry nothing. I suggest staying at the Best Western across the street.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
