Yeah look it’s a budget hotel. Some people expect more and that’s fine. My room overlooked 5 and it was noisy when I wasn’t running the air. But the room was clean, the bed was great, parking was easy, breakfast was a bonus, and everything I wanted to see in SD was at most a 20 minute drive. I got more than I paid. Would return.

This is normally my go to whenever I stay in San Diego. It's less than 12 min away from downtown SD and it's conveniently located right off the freeway exit. The rates are very reasonable (typically under $200 per night) and self parking is only like $16 I believe compared to the mandatory valet that's $40+ if you stay in downtown SD. The rooms are always clean and they have a nice breakfast spread in the mornings. The only thing I disliked was how strict they are about the checkout time. I understand house keeping needs time to clean the rooms to have it ready for other guests checking in that day but, the last time I was there I was getting ready to head out only 23min past the time for checkout time (1100). So 1123 and next thing you know the front desk is pounding on my door like their the police. It would be different if housekeeping had already knocked at 1100 but, they didn't. Just felt like it wasn't necessary to knock on my door as if I wasn't willing to leave. Then as I walk out of my room I hear house keeping say thanks to the front desk guy and I'm just like really.... During my most recent stay housekeeping was knocking on my door @0833am to make the room. I don't understand why you would disturb a guest that early to try and make the room when their is a good chance they are still sleeping around that time. Nothing a quick staff meeting can't resolve. Overall, I always enjoy my stay here regardless of the couple of issues I've had with housekeeping. For the value you can't beat it.

This was my second time here so i was not expecting my experience to be bad. First we were lied to ,we were checking in Saturday and I called Friday to ask if we could check in earlier and they said yes and once we got there they told us we couldn’t. secondly someone from the staff opened our door at 3 am! if it wasn't for us putting that extra lock on the door they would of walked in on us, couldn't even sleep because of that, then they call us to the room saying we were not checked in!? how were we not checked in but they charged me everything and gave us keys. We wake up in the morning to go get breakfast i tell the receptionist what happened and she did something to our keys even though we told her it was not necessary being that we were supose to check out in a couple of hours and when we get to our room we were locked out! had to go back down and complain again our breakfast was now cold. overall not a good experience and will not be returning.

Don't normally write reviews but this one was necessary. A clean, well kept, hotel 6 minutes (walking) from the middle of Old Town San Diego. One of the least expensive hotels in the area. A true hidden gem. Did I mention they include free breakfast?

Slept with one eye open. The room was disgusting. The tub made you feel like you came out dirtier than you went in. I would’ve rather stayed out along the road in a tent. The good reviews have to be fake.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
