Attempted to check in with my medical alert service animal. Staff tried to demand I show "identification" or "certification" that my dog is a service dog. I explained that no such thing exists under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I produced a printed copy of the federal law and pointed out where it clearly states that asking for ID or certification is illegal. I informed them they can ask if it's a service dog required because of a disability and what task it's trained to perform. Front desk staff called the owner who instructed them to add a $150 hold to my room in case the dog caused damage. I explained that this is also illegal under federal law. They would not listen so I elected to not stay in a place with discriminatory policies. I'm working on alerting corporate right now and potentially will be contacting the Department of Justice to file a complaint for violation of the ADA, meaning the hotel could be fined up to $10k. It's very disappointing when you can provide a printed copy of the federal law and people still feel entitled to break it. I do have the tail end conversation recorded, where the staff verbally confirms that they wanted ID or a deposit even though I explained that's illegal. Staff needs re-educating before the hotel gets sued.

I had a very pleasant stay here for the few nights I was in the area. The staff was amazing and more than accommodating for me and my late check-in situation. I have zero complaints about the whole experience and would definitely come back and stay in this hotel. Location was great and close to everything you could possibly need. Price was very reasonable as well. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you,

Recently stayed at this hotel. It's located off a major highway so it's noisy. Heater didn't work in my room! Front Desk brought me an extra blanket when I informed her about the issue. She never suggested moving me to another room with a working heater! I finally asked if I could move to another room. She acted like it was an inconvenience. Spent 4 hours freezing before moved to another room. She commented the heaters hadn't been turned on for 1 year but they should be working. Temps have been in the 40's at night for 3-4 weeks in Houston so the Owner should have checked to make sure ALL of the heaters worked! Find it hard to believe my room would be the only one without a working heater! It's an old, run down property, phone in the room didn't work so had to use my cell phone to call Front Desk, new TV's installed but couldn't get it to work to see the show guide - had to ask Front Desk to do it and even she had to take a few minutes to get it to work! Was asked to bring the remote control to the new room due to batteries being stolen. Had to leave the TV running at night due to the hassle of getting it to work the next morning. There's nothing positive about this hotel! I hold the Owner, AJ, and Choice Hotels responsible for not upgrading this hotel other than the TV's to provide an enjoyable stay for your customers!! Owner should make sure "Everything" works in every room before renting it to Choice Hotel members or any customers! Poor management!! Stay in another Choice Hotel in the area! Worst stay at a Choice Hotel ever!

This hotel is unbelievably affordable and so good. The manager AJ went above and beyond for me. I was allowed to check in early. The rooms were spiffing clean and very big. I am buying a business near this place and this is going to be my hotel going forward!

Used to be good. Been coming here for 2 months with no problem. All of a sudden mandatory deposit of $150 when I used the last money in my account to book a room. Couldn’t even let it go even though I never had any issues before. Trash location. Will never be coming back here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
