I can’t speak more highly of this Comfort Inn. We stayed for 4 nights visiting a family member at MD Anderson. They have a complementary shuttle to the hospital. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping is so helpful and kind. A special THANK YOU to the overnight front desk staff who continuously went out of their way to accommodate and assist us. The lobby is always clean and has complementary coffee and water available as well as an additional shop if you need to buy essentials. The rooms are so nice and so clean. I’m so impressed by the quality and value of this hotel. On our third night we upgraded to a hotel with a kitchen to cook for our loved one in the hospital, I was so impressed to see they had everything I needed; Dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. Id also like to mention that the lady that takes care of the continental breakfast in the mornings is the sweetest. You guys are awesome! When I come back to Houston, I’ll definitely be staying here! Thank you so much for going out your way to help me and my family.

Coming in the hotel seems to be very clean. I checked in and went to my room. It was me and another guest so my guest was going to sleep in the sofa bed. When we pulled the bed out we noticed mice droppings on the bed. I took pictures and showed them to the lady at the front desk and she said she’d let the manager know. She didn’t try to fix the problem. I get that things happen but that’s just nasty. I did ask to speak to management directly and didn’t get to because they were not in according to her. The least they could have done was offer me a different room and didn’t. I didn’t bother trying their breakfast because I didn’t want to imagine what gets on it, in it, or has a little snack before it’s served. Location is great if you don’t mind mine droppings. This was a medical trip.

We had a late check in and called ahead and spoke with Henry. He was very gracious and understanding and helped us out, even after we arrived late. He was very helpful even though we were just overnighting. Great location to the hospital where we were visiting our daughter and her newborn daughter. Yummy breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed at this hotel recently for a quick visit to town and had an overall good experience. It’s located in a nice spot, very close to various food options and within walking distance from the NRG stadium. It’s also less expensive than other hotels nearby, so that’s a plus for sports fanatics who visit town to attend events. The service was great and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The rooms were spacious too. We did have a strange noise from our shower and toilet so some extra maintenance is needed. Nevertheless, good experience and absolutely recommend!

Do NOT take room 305 until they trim the oak trees outside. A scraping noise until 1AM coming up the exterior wall. went looking for a construction crew doing concrete or stucco work. Tiny bathroom with Sheetrock screws holding the TP holder and the corner shower. NOT up to the standards of Choice Hotels. Staff was eating the breakfast while customers were showing up to eat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
