Room's were nice and clean. Front desk was helpful. Where do I start about the Breakfast on the first day,The employees were enjoying breakfast. And made comments in Spanish why to guest come late. The second day other guest were afraid to ask for anything. Again the employees were in the dining room enjoying breakfast. Until I asked about the food. And it was not even close to 10am. And employees should have a separate break room. And allowed in the Breakfast area. Overall attitude was that we were inconveniencing there Breakfast break. Food was very scarce because employees were eating the food before the hotel guest.

Management and most of the housekeeping rude. They say mean things about patrons in Spanish not knowing that they can understand them. Constantly playing or unavailable. The location on the beltway is way nicer and they are more respectful. Texas Roadhouse is the only thing good thing about this location. And the beds are comfortable.

They charge roughly 100 per Night and the water coming out of the faucets/shower is barely warm. The staff can't understand simple sentences, called down to ask if the hot water was out and had to spend 5 minutes explaining that the water in my room was barely warm then they come up turn on the water get the same temperature and say hot water is working even though it's the same temperature as the air in the room. Doesn't even produce the slightest amount of steam.

I too also had a similar experience where they would not refund my money even though I did not even make it to the location. I accidentally booked the wrong location online and they refuse to refund the money despite me catching it only minutes later and calling them with the information. I thought for sure they would be helpful like any other hotel and simply transfer the booking but no they were despicable dishonest and very hateful and just overall green. Wouldn't recommend this place to my my worst enemy

No air on the first day and help desk took came to check it out only to tell me it don't work. I told you that. Then was supposedly going to come back and bring me my keys to a different room. After 30 minutes passed I went down to the front and she told me to wait. What?? It's 83 degrees in the room and I had my daughter. No I waited long enough. Yeah first day wasn't it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
