The hotel didn't do breakfast which is what I paid so had to go out to get some breakfast . The TV didn't work. Also there no spoons to stir your tea/coffee in the room. We had a 1st floor room which I booked ground floor or a lift as I had a disabled person who couldn't manage the stairs well so won't be stopping again if I happen to be in London again

Our flight to London was cancelled due to severe weather. We wanted to postpone prepaid reservation by one day. They declined. We paid them for nothing. Bad customer service.

The room is small but cozy and provided with the basics. Maybe it is not so silent: I could hear the other guests snoring during night, but if you have to spend just a couple of nights it's not a big problem. It's the most economic accomodation I found in the area. Have a very good position for those who have to go to see a concert at the nearby theater.

The room served it's function of letting us sleep and wash and worked well for the price, as we had a concert at the nearby O2. However, there is NO CARPARKING. You have to park at Westfield, which is not explained on their Q&A/website. It says there's free weekend parking. I tried to explain this to staff and they were extremely extremely rude and patronising and didn't care at all. It sets you back over £25-35 to park at Westfield. The room smelt a little damp and the shower temperature was irregular. The bed was not a double bed, but a three quarter size and our room facing the front of the property and the sun was insanely hot.

No one on reception when we arrived with no notice as to what to do. Eventually after ringing doorbell a man turned up from down the street. Told us to wait outside reception area whilst he checked details which took forever. No nice welcome at all and told to be out by 11am next day. Room was a twin with no mattress/pillow protectors and only one pillow on each bed. Not overly clean. Room very hot due to weather but supplied a fan which was a help. Bathroom not very clean and mirror had been removed and not replaced. Road extremely busy but appreciate not hotels fault. Would recommend to anyone thinking of staying here to give it careful consideration!!
