I have been looking for a private place of solace to rest for a few days and Comfotel Prpl was serene and perfect. Checking was seamless and easy. The hotel staff were very kind and personable and made me feel right at home. The rooms was clean, comfy and perfectly setup for a place to relax. It also has a mini fridge which for some reason is so hard to find in rooms these days and the location was great 😊!!!!!

The room was cramped and dirty, with a squashed bug on the wall no one had bothered to remove. They provide one towel and no bath mat, so the bathroom floor is soaking. The shower took 5 minutes to heat up. The hairdryer did not work. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable. The curtains don’t close property. There’s no way to control the temperature and the room is stuffy and hot all night. I felt ripped off after paying £173 for 2 nights - do not stay here. The staff at the reception were friendly.

The curtains didn't fully cover the windows so had to push a chair up against them to ensure people from the main street couldn't see into the room. The toilet had foot prints on the seat and CLEARLY not cleaned. There is mould on the ceiling, the walls were covered in prehistoric dirt in the bathroom also. The hair dryer didn't work. I tried the hair dryer in my colleagues room, it turned on, flashed blue and green and smoked. This place is unsafe and unclean.

Room was ok only things was TV didn't work, Hair dryer didn't work and bedside lights only came on when you plugged plugs in, but then went off again. No one in a hurry to fix TV for kids even though asked twice, didn't bother about the rest cause don't fix one not going to bother about other things. As I said the Room itself was fine beds were really comfortable.

Another nice budget hotel for work trip. Booked single room for 2 nights stay. Room was small but fully functional. Hotel did not have a iron as other guests had not returned, which was a little frustrating. Close to food outlets and shop right opposite. 10 minutes walk to Shepherd Bush underground. Would stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
