So first off the room we had was very spacious and the bathroom was a great size. The websites state at the time of booking station 1 but it was clearly station 2/3 which disappointing but not the worst. The service road from resort to beach was clearly not the best and there's no way of not getting muddy but it's still a work in progress. The restaurant has free breakfast for guests and serves 90% of the foods you can find walking the beach and nearby which is why they will charge you a "corkage/service" for bring food outside in. Just know their prices are comparable to outside. The Guard is very helpful with calling for rides and general questions about the area, there is a nice lap pool and a small workout area.

The staff are genuinely accomodating. The food was awesome plus there were a lot of selections. The room is very tidy and smells good. The bathroom is also clean and hygienic. Even though the place is not a beach front, it’s like 2 min walk away. And the property is accessible to different parts of Boracay. The pool is also nice.

The facility is clean & everything looks new. Booked this for my friends and family in June 2023. Some of us got assigned in the 1st floor which is quite small for 2 people. Some of the staff does not address to customer satisfaction, asked if we can all be assigned in rooms close to each other, 2 months in advance booking but was not accommodated. The road outside of the hotel is not yet develop so a bit muddy walking towards white beach. Has bad reception & internet connection in the whole area. Also really need to address the mosquito issues.

Room is spacious for a family room. Staff are friendly. ..However water in the shower don’t drain all the way down that makes a puddle unless you use your feet to help the water into the drainage. They don’t give you multiple room keys. They don’t give room supplies like coffee, toilet papers unless you asked for it. The walkway to the beach is so rough and kind of muddy when it rains.

Price - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ not bad at all. Room - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ pretty decent for the price paid Service - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great customer service Breakfast - ⭐️ sad selection, I think I’d prefer it ala cart better. Location - ⭐️⭐️ the road heading to hotel is tough to walk to. Nothing really beats a beach front huhuhu Amenities - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ gym & pool

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
