This hotel deserves only one star. I came here with my family and the hotel staff has been especially rude. One receptionist named Julio, got very rude with my mother after she called to tell the hotel that she broke a glass in the sink to make them aware of the dangers and if maybe someone could come and clean it. 1.The glass was extremely cheap and broke with just barely a tap on the sink and 2.He made it very clear he was alone by exclaiming “What do you want me to do I’m the only one here” very aggressively. My mom was left to clean the glass, in which really wasn’t the issue we just wanted them to be aware. Besides this incident the hotel rooms are extremely small, cleaning services has not been attentive and leave the beds dirty. Would not recommend this hotel as their staff is lacking professionalism.

This is a wonderful hotel, it is very clean, the staff are all very welcoming and genuinely friendly. The quality of bedding and towels are exemplary. This hotel is very much recommended, and is very good value for money. The hotel is located perfectly for enjoying all the city has to offer.

This hotel has the potential of being a Four Star hotel. With better management. The hotel is beautiful and is very clean the rooms are impeccable. It is very affordable but it locks amenities. There's no refrigerators microwaves or table lamps in the rooms. The water tastes horrible. It comes out yellow from the faucet. They have a a lot of young people on the front desk they tried to be helpful but they lack knowledge. Whatever that you asten They don't know where the busses are the taxis are we're the music period. I got stuck in the elevator for an hour nobody ever apologized to me. I figured it was because I paid in full ahead of time.

Overpriced for quality offered. Small room, I booked twin, 2 beds were next to each other, so we moved it apart a bit, and every morning cleaning lady connected them together... for 5 nights. View from 414 .

Following an extensive journey, my satisfaction with this hotel was unparalleled. My adventure took me hiking on the Camino de Santiago, and this establishment was undoubtedly among the city's finest accommodations. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
