Room: Lived in room no 2017. There were various signs of that the room was not well cleaned (dirty table, leftover soap from previous guest etc) that I did not dare to use any of the kitchen utensils. There were not even any dish soap available for dishing. The bed was hard, but it could be worse. The lights were bright and had slight blue shade that the room did not look cozy. Uncomfortable sofa. Super thin walls that you can hear everything going on outside your room - everything from the corridor, outside and your neighbours. My temperature adjustment thingy had error in the middle of the night and beeped every second that I woke up. The quality of the air was quite bad. A shower gel & shampoo all in one + soap available. Not of great quality. Hotel: The staff was friendly. The corridor of the room had smell of newly cleaneed bathroom (are they trying to hide other smell?) Breakfast: I tried to use it, but it was super crowded during my visit. The tables were very close to each other and music with too fast beats for morning. Far from cozy. So I gave up. Location: I chose it as it was close to the working area, but it was far from the city center. Not very easy/fast to use public transport to the city center either.

Pro: close to airport public transportation close by large appartments swimming pool is large enough to swim generally quiet Con: Industrial area hardly any equipment in appartment (only 3 plates with some cutlery)

This place is run down to the ground, for 156 euros the bathroom is falling apart, kitchenette with no pots and pans, no dish soap, so kitchen rug, no extra garbage bag, shame that they are still is business…. Breakfast is okay, nothing special, will not come back

Clean, comfortable, comfortable. We had a suite with two bedrooms and a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and the blinds can really black out a room! Kitchen has a washing machine and a stove top a small fridge. But no pots or pans or soap or coffee maker. Now the check in lady who was great said to dial 9 if we need anything so perhaps they will bring that stuff on request? Bathrooms there were 2 - very small soap and shampoo in each bathroom- enough for 1 day- so fine for us. We took an Uber for 18 euros to town. Take it to a place called plaza Santa Ana - we spent a couple hours sitting in the square ordering tapas and drinks. - really great. So a one night stay that was great - nothing fancy but everything we needed - $12 euro to park overnight too.

Everything about this hotel was great except for the location and the fact that I could not get any hot water in the shower. AC was perfect. Breakfast was perfect. Service at the bar was great. The bed was to die for and the room was bigger than most Madrid apartments.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
