After I stayed here the first time, it became the only hotel I book in when I go to Istanbul, everyone is just amazing here and the staff are just the most helpful and nicest staff ever. The rooms are so clean and the service is amazing and no matter how much you ask them and how many things you want they do it happily and never make you feel bad, so so friendly staff and nice location as well near everything and at night you can walk in the streets of nisantasi and enjoy it, thank you all for all the amazing work and will forever be my favorite hotel in Istanbul. By the way don’t forget to try their breakfast it’s really amazing

I stayed at this hotel, and the experience was exceptional. Impeccable service, warm and very friendly staff with constant smiles, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very generous. All of this significantly contributed to making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this establishment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff here are very accommodating, friendly and always willing to assist. Breakfast a treat and so much more than we expected. The gentleman in the restaurant always asking if we need anything, very warm welcome our entire stay as well as Seedat very helpful &speak very good English so the stay was pleasant. The rooms are clean &comfortable. Background music so relaxing. I will definitely stay here again. Location walking distance to shops. There was a baby in the spa that was crying so difficult to relax, but the ladies that did our treatment was lovely.

I recently booked two rooms for a party of four at the Concept Nisantasi Hotel, expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay. However, our hopes were quickly dashed. Upon arrival, we discovered that we had been given rooms with bunk beds, which were uncomfortably small. The rooms themselves were also far from clean, with clear signs of neglect and uncleanliness. When we approached the hotel staff to address these issues, not only were they unresponsive to our requests to change rooms or obtain a refund, but their attitude was also extremely rude and dismissive. This kind of poor customer service, combined with the unsatisfactory room conditions, made our stay a truly unpleasant experience. Given our experience, I strongly advise against staying at the Concept Nisantasi Hotel. Travelers should look elsewhere for a hospitable and comfortable lodging experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
