An amazing experience yet once again. This hotel suits every age group. Kids are entertained by the hospitality team, Sultan and Arda are exceptional. The food choice is incredible, and cater for all. The chef is available to make anything you require. As always the front house and guest relations have made our rooms to the highest standard. We can not give anything negative about this resort.. We will be back again. Thank you all once again.

We had a wonderful stay at Concorde with a beautiful view, clean rooms and wonderful atmosphere during the festive holiday period. Staff were friendly and helpful and saw to each of our requests with a smile. The area was well looked after with a very short walk to the beach. Because we came during the winter season, we were not able to experience the facilities that are on during the summer so we look forward to coming back during the warmer weather :) I also have to mention the amazing food at the restaurant with attentive staff to help out too.

Restaurant food was really good but needed more variation at times. Room was clean always but the lower floors are at the back of the hotel so you need to request a higher floor for a better view and not be near the lobby. Waiters were fantastic and attentive and remember your likes and were great with kids. Great choice of drinks all covered by the all inclusive including premium brands. Animation team were incredible - the daytime activities were fantastic and the team took the time to chat with you and kids and kept everyone smiling throughout the day. The evening shows were also great with three selections for various ages at different times.

My stay at the Concord Hotel was truly delightful. The variety and taste of food offered were commendable. The employees were extremely courteous, with a special mention to the Kids Club team who were phenomenal in engaging our children, allowing us some cherished couple time. We were entertained by the lively animations and greatly appreciated the cleanliness maintained across the premises. The pools were another highlight, providing a refreshing respite. The blend of friendly service and well-maintained amenities made our experience memorable. Highly recommend for a family-friendly getaway!

Thoroughly enjoyable summer 2023 holiday. Family holiday with 2 older teens. Ultra all inclusive so all branded drinks, service available 24 hours a day. The location is close the the airport. Well appointed, comfortable rooms, cleaned daily and mini bar topped up. Resort is clean, well appointed with helpful staff, some with limited English. The entertainment programs is varied and the entertainment staff work very hard to ensure guests enjoy their holiday. The pool areas are split with an activity pool and a quieter pool for over 16’s. The jacuzzi areas are lovely and shaded. We never had a problem getting a sunbed at any time of day, this is a real bonus. The cabanas on the beach are highly recommended, they come with butler service. We enjoyed 4 a La carte meals during our stay and found the standard of food in the buffet excellent, it can get very busy at peak times though. I also enjoyed a spa treatment while here which was excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
