We enjoyed our stay at Condotti! Perfect location - just a minute to Piazza di Spagna! Many restaurants, boutiques and bars in the area. The hotel staff are great and very helpful!!!! For the rooms, I had the standard room but found it very small for two people and nothing special about it, to be honest. I had no windows. However, the junior suite is spacious, new and beautiful!! I suggest you book a junior suite instead of the standard room if you are a couple !

Can't beat the location. It's a nice hotel (we stayed in the annex building). Service was very helpful ordering cars etc. As it's in a prime location you need to expect some street noise (not a problem though). We found the noise between rooms was a little much e.g. people above had their phone buzzing nonstop for two nights in a row, and the walking and talking in the hallway wasn't sound proofed. Overall, I would definitely recommend it for a few days in Rome.

Our overall experience at this lovely boutique hotel, summed up in a few words, Is Excellent!! The only caveat, I can say, the rooms are to small.. The Internet is so slow you might as well have dial up! But the shower does make up for the small rooms !!!

This is the second year in a row I have stayed at this property. 🙌🏻And that is the first time I have ever been to a property twice!😳 This time I came back with my whole family! I just love the location and the people and the many different types of rooms.😃 They have bought up property all over the area so you never really know what you're getting or where you're staying but they are all lovely 🥰 This time I ended up in their huge two bedroom two bath BnB apartment across the street. (perhaps because I brought 10 people with me🤫) It even has a sitting room and a study and a living room and a dining room and a rooftop patio!!! And a kitchen and laundry.🧺There was a 🎹 piano in my room! A very nice one I might add. All I can say is 😳 WoW😱

Great place and ideally located between Spanish steps and Trevi. Handy for the metro too. Only problem was with other inconsiderate guests either coming in late or getting up early and not being quiet.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
