        A very nice place to stay in, one of my best traveling experiences and definitely would love to come again. The hotel is very luxurious and a very good money value. The staff are super welcoming and very polite. The hotel over all has a very good sense of hospitality, and very accommodating. Their loyalty program is good, unfortunately if you book a number of rooms under a company reservation then you wont be able to claim your loyalty program rewards. The rooms are very clean and the service is great, they have lots of nice facilities and they have their own beach. When their rooms are loaded, they can move you to one of Ettihad towers which is more or less 50m apart.. so its also good Highly recommended

        Enjoyed my stay in the hotel, the customer service is 10/10, staff are so lovely, helpful and has great attitude towards guests. I requested birthday arrangement and they were generous to provide a sparkling drink along with piece of cake and fruit plate, as well provided balloons. The day was memorable and i thank the staff and management for their service and efforts.

        Mixed Experience - Warm Staff, Room Discrepancy, and Breakfast Concerns I recently stayed at this hotel for a birthday getaway, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, creating a positive atmosphere. Housekeeping paid great attention to details, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast buffet, which fell short of the expectations one might have for a 5-star establishment. Additionally, there was a discrepancy between the room I booked online and the one I was assigned. Specifically, the layout and the placement of the bathroom, including the presence of a bathtub, were different from what was depicted on the website. I had chosen a room with a bathroom featuring windows, but unfortunately, the room given to me had a closed-off bathroom. While I understand that discrepancies can occur, it's important for guests to receive the features they specifically selected and paid for. This difference in room amenities, particularly for a special occasion like a birthday celebration, left me somewhat disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively for future improvements. Despite these concerns, the warm staff and attention to detail make me believe this hotel has the potential to provide exceptional experiences.

        We stayed with our daughter for few days over Christmas. We travel a lot and stay in many hotels but I have to say that the level of service, professionalism and dedication of the staff around the hotel is unbelievable. You can clearly see that they really care about the guests. Also loved the Christmas decorations. We have enjoyed every minute and will surely be back! Thank you!

        I’m currently staying at the hotel and although only day 4 of our vacation i can say with confidence that this experience rates at the very top of our travels over the last 12 months. The New Year Gala Dinner was absolutely spectacular and I take my hat off to all the staff who worked tirelessly during the day to set the stage for a perfect evening. I was initially a bit worried about booking such a large hotel because the personal service can sometimes be lacking. That couldn’t be further from the truth at this hotel. The staff are an absolute delight and within a couple of days they knew my name. Quite incredible really. The restaurants are all first class and there is no need to leave the hotel to experience a wide range of cuisines. Well done to everyone for making this a very memorable experience. My only regret is we leave in three days. I will most definitely return.
