        Staff at the check in/ check out area and in room dining are very unhelpful. We had a credit from the hotel that we wanted to use before checking out. They made sure that we couldn’t use that amount by not sending the items to the room in time. When it was time for us to leave, they were unapologetic about it and quite rude in their behavior. We were running late for our flight and they made us wait another half an hour, still for nothing. Honestly nothing too special about the hotel or the service worth the $. We had such a better experience at similar 5 star resorts on the same island

        Staff was extremely rude on multiple occasions and I’m not the type to complain about this stuff. Our cousin gifted this hotel to us on points for our honeymoon. At first they didn’t let us check in because they didn’t have enough confirmation even after we showed them our cousins passport and got him on the phone. ASIDE from this specific scenario, there’s no beach even tho they advertise that there is one. We sat by the pool but there were a lot of kids - they even set up soccer goals in the pool yelling and splashing all day. Kind of frustrating but at least there was a pool in our room. I suspect there were only so many kids bec we went during holiday season. Other than that, I will say that the property is beautiful and rooms are gorgeous. However it’s an hour away from any action on the island.

        Staff at the check in/ check out area and in room dining are very unhelpful. We had a credit from the hotel that we wanted to use before checking out.         An amazing family holiday. All employees were welcoming, courteous, with a can do attitude. Nothing was too much. We enjoyed every moment of staying at the Conrad Koh Samui. Such a stunning resort. We felt like we was on our own little island. Food, atmosphere everything was amazing.

        Beautiful resort in an amazing location. The villas and the pools were exceptional. Staff so friendly and welcoming. We do hope to return one day. I recommend hiring a car to leave the resort and get about to see things on the island.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
