The Conrad is a wonderful place to stay when traveling to Downtown LA! The rooms are immaculate, the service is exceptional and the views are amazing. I've stayed twice and already plan on returning soon to enjoy another wonderful stay. Thank you to Ruth for helping make my past stay this New Year's enjoyable with a great view of the city! Also enjoyed the room service. The food is pretty delicious.

My recent stay at the Conrad was exceptional with the exception of the "pet friendly" policy. I was having breakfast in the San Laurel restaurant when I saw a guest with a canine at an adjacent table. Not only did they provide the with dog biscuits and a water bowl, the owner had the dog at the table. I'm pretty sure L A County restrictions regarding pets in restaurant applies to luxury hotels as well. I notified the restaurant manager, made my concerns known and asked that I be refunded the cost of my meal. Incidentally, what I was able to finish before I left was quite good!

We had an amazing experience at the Conrad. I was upgraded to a room overlooking the Disney Concert Hall. I had spectacular views. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. The service was impeccable throughout our stay. The hotel is quiet and very relaxing. The house keeping staff is awesome! The room service was fast and the food was delicious. Highly recommend :-)

The suite was simply amazing!!! The customer service was epic! I enjoyed everything about my stay from start to finish!! The staff made you feel special. The location was great! The morning breakfast and drinks were excellent!! Hands down one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at! I highly recommend The Conrad to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

After struggling to find new and clean place in LA, Conrad was a good choice. 💯 Love it It was clean with really good smell. Had great customer experience with Mr.Daniel, cannot thank him enough -Service is amazing -Rooms are clean and will organized -Valet team!!,,, Conrad should be really proud of them… they’re so kind! And friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
