        The Conrad Macao is located strategically between Londoner and Parisian. + It has outstanding views from the rooms on both sights. The rooms are spacious. + Service was just perfect, as I know it from the brand Conrad: very friendly and helpful! + Good sauna and pool area. + Everything is very clean and well maintained. + The SPA service is very good. - The SPA prices are massively overpriced

        I received the best service among Hilton. All the staff were kind and the room was always in the best condition. The location is also good for sightseeing. The pool is nice, and the staff always answer with a smile. Thanks to you, Macao has improved and I will visit again. I'm going to Conrad at that time, too.

        Very recommended. Room is big, luxurious, and clean. This hotel is connected with londoner and others, which are very convenient. shopping shops are in. Service is nice. But 1thing is not valuable is breakfast. so long queue. I think they have to get vouchers with other restaurants so that guests who payed a lot for breakfast don’t need to wait for long time.

        We had a wonderful experience mainly for the staff. Two thumbs up to Ada and Cali for the warm hospitality before we checked in. Their arrangement preparing for our arrival was truly amazing. During the check in time, Robynn did an excellent job making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Really appreciated it. The most disappointing part was the breakfast time when we had to line up for almost 50 mins. This is truly unacceptable. Some guests lost their patience and yelled at the staff. I felt sorry for both of them. It did affect our dining mood and hope that the management could looked into the problems. During the breakfast time, since we still had to line up for food, some guests tried to skip the lines. I won't call this a luxury hotel. It is a big hotel but does not have much to do around the hotel.

        The service was amazing! The teams go out of the way to make our stay comfortable, well beyond our expectations. As an example, the housekeeping team would even make effort to tie our laptop and phone charger wires so that the table is tidy. The gentleman by the swimming pool (with glasses) was exceptional - he would would a plastic bag when I was carrying too many things after swimming or chase after kids to wrap them in a tower - small gesture that make a big difference. When we asked for baby cot and other baby items, these things came super fast (compared to other hotels where I have to chase a few times to get a cot) My only criticism is the crazy queue at the breakfast hall (shared with other hotels) - one day 1, I was queuing for 20 mins to have a 10 mins breakfast. It felt like the staff were performing immigration checks before anyone could get a breakfast. I was asked by 2 different people if i am dining alone. On day 2, I was queuing for 45 mins with 2 small children to get to the breakfast hall!!! Really ridiculous and I hope management improve on this. Nevertheless, given the rest of the stay was so pleasant and other teams went out of the way, I didnt want to penalize on the rating, hence giving 5 stars.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
