The location is literally on Nanjing road, one of the most touristy places in Shanghai. No problem on where to eat, food places are everywhere around. The hotel is very accessible via train. The room is very spacious and the toilet and bath aren't so vulgar - not translucent glass walls. Stayed here for a week and the cleaning lady did a really good job.

Have a great check in experience by Richardo & thanks to make our stay a memorable one. Appreciate the warm welcome from Raymond, he needs to be here in order to lead the team perform to conrad standard. He takes initiative to greet all the hotel guests and then their staff start follow. Executive lounge service is good from Natalie, Vicky and Bruce. The spread for evening cocktail is great. Again,room aircond need to improve,it is so stuffy. Overall good stay

Please do not stay here. This is the worst experience I have ever had as a seasoned traveller. Conrad cannot be named a 5-star hotel. The rooms are centrally heated and our room has technical issues with the heater where it cannot get lower than 27 degree. On a sunny day the room is 29 degree. We could not sleep and called 3 times to have the Helpdesk tell us to turn off heater, we did and nothing changed, room got worst with no ventilation. We complained and this 5-star hotel said they will change our room but no guarantee of the temperature situation. Mind you that this is late at night just before 11pm. We beared with it and sweat a bucket in the morning, guess what? No solution throughout the day. We went for breakfast and back to a room of 28 degrees. My snacks were sweating my food went bad, my facial products were not in their best state…I’ve got fresh tea leaves sitting in a room of heat. Here comes a bigger kicker- there is no follow up in the morning. We came back to a 29 degree room again, I called for the duty manager and he is nowhere to be seen or heard for over an hour (220pm-340pm). Finally Ricardo called. He wanted to upgrade our less than 12hr stay to a suite!!! The drama continues. And that is about it for solution…eventually after a war of back and forth with Ray? We settled with something he called “this is how we do it as a part of our recovery plan” A JOKE. My conclusion is, we did not receive the service representative of a 5-star hotel, neither were they responsible enough to find an acceptable solution. Bottom line is- they do not give the care that guests fully deserved of a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful hotel with stellar service. I used Hilton points and cash to book an executive access room, and it was worth it for the view alone! The new hotel sits on Nanjing pedestrian street and next to People's Park (a few minutes to several metro stations). It was about a 15 minute walk to the bund, directly down Nanjing pedestrian street. I just wish there was a rooftop; however, the executive lounge has stunning views, a decent happy hour, and very thoughtful staff. The rooms are a bit small, but it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. I highly recommend the Conrad if you want to be in the hustle of the city and still experience top notch service and facilities.

Worst 5-star experience ever and the worst Hilton brand experience from a Hilton Honor member. Service is very slow at the reception and a bit unprofessional. We booked via Amex and the $100 USD credit is only usable in the 3 restaurants and I believe they are deceptive about the pricing in the menu where they give you an overpriced menu if you do use the $100 USD credit. The only redeeming feature of the hotel is its location but frankly there are way better options for the same price at similar locations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
