        I am three years costumer now. I am buying products for my restaurant and always had small problems but nothing serious to force me to this unpleasant review. Booker is not an option for many businesses as there's no serious competition and it's also a mile away from my house and my business. So we have to compromise with sometimes rudeness or awful policies. My car got scratched by another car before three months. The staff told me that after checking the camera that scratch didn't happen in their parking... But I was 100 per cent sure but again, I couldn't argue, they probably honest.. or at least that's what I thought till today.. someone pushed his trolley to my car's door and made a terrible scratch so I asked for surveillance check and they told me that is not happening. They can't share the details, not with me, not with the police. That means two things. Firstly they lied the first time, they saw the other car hitting mine but it was easier to avoid any connection...... and secondly I can scratch a car every time I visit Booker's parking and.. it's illegal of course, but nothing will happen to me, if the owners won't see me, the surveillance cameras are there only for their convenience, they will never share the footage. I will keep on being a costumer with a black heart after these incidents as there not other competitors.. inform the police about what happened and upgrade my car cameras asap. Beware, Booker's parking is sh#t !

        Absolutely ridiculous, I’ve been there at 16:53 and I wanted only the beef but manager didn’t let me in because they wanted leave earlier than usual while they should’ve close at 5pm

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
