        We had lunch there, the service was pretty fast and the meals were tasty. They have more diversity for tourists than just rice and curry which is good. The overall vibe seems fun but we didn't surf with them.

        This place is beautiful, and I believe it's one of the best in the area. However, I'd like to draw the owner's attention to the behaviour of the staff, specifically one unpleasant individual. My husband and I spend six months of the year in Sri Lanka, and we visit this place several times a month for its delicious fish. The person shown in the photo, who made an obscene gesture at me, has been repeatedly rude and discourteous towards us, making us reconsider returning to this place. On one occasion, I ordered coffee from another waiter, but I was informed after a few minutes that the machine was not working. I said I needed time to think and no one approached me for over ten minutes. I was working on my laptop and waiting for my husband to finish surfing, so I was not in a hurry. Later, the person in the photo came to me and told me that if I wasn't ordering anything, I should leave. His voice was rough, and I was completely shocked by his behaviour. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, his colleague tried to calm me down. However, we had a similar experience with him two months ago. We wanted to go swimming first and then eat, but the same person asked us to remove our motorbike immediately because we had not placed an order yet. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I request the owner take immediate action against this staff member.

        To be totaly honest I did not spend time in this place. My experience was that I wanted to show the place to my wife that we can work in the next days and spend some time at the terrace. Unfortunatly the owner (as he told) did not allow us to go through the property (from the beach to the street) he was very unfriendly and not suitable for tourism. Through this action we decided not to go there. I give the 3 stars anyway for the nice property and I hope I was fair with my review.

        Me and my pregnant wife went this place drink coffee in evening. They reject us to give table. They said only for in house guests. Much better put some notice on the gate before spend someone else’s time

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
