Just completed a 4 night stay in Madrid at this AMAZING hotel! I cannot say enough about this place. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite and it was plenty of space for us. The hotel is perfectly located - about 7 minutes to the Plaza Mayor, 10 minutes to the Prado, 10 minutes to an amazing street full of tapas restaurants, and 12 minutes to the Atocha train station for day trips. We will absolutely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, centrally located. What makes the hotel are its staff who are all without exception attentive, polite, friendly and helpful. We didn't originally get the room that we expected but the team quickly and without fuss resolved the issue. The hotel is a little dark and due to their environmental commitment the hotel is either far too hot or far too cold but that is not the fault of the staff and it did not spoil our enjoyment.

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel in Madrid. Every aspect, from the friendly and welcoming staff to check-in, the room, cleaners, and room service, delivered impeccable service, earning a solid 10/10. The overall experience is undoubtedly worthy of five stars. Highly recommend, and I'll certainly choose this hotel again on my next visit to Madrid.

A beautiful, tranquil hotel close to everything you may wish to see during your stay in Madrid. The staff were warm, hospitable, and helpful. The guest rooms are modern, well appointed and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quiet luxurious stay in Spain!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
